What you’ll Do:
- Strategic Partnership & Sourcing:
- Collaborate with hiring managers on both Tech & Business sides to determine staffing needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to devise and execute recruitment strategies, ensuring a robust pipeline of both active and passive candidates.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts, representing the company at internal and external events to network and build relationships with potential talent communities.
- End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Manage the full candidate hiring lifecycle, from initial screening calls and assessments to interviews (in-person, if applicable).
- Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience, providing counsel on corporate benefits, salary, and company culture.
- Oversee the smooth documentation of job offers and coordinate seamless candidate onboarding.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain detailed recruitment records, including interview notes and related paperwork, sharing them with key stakeholders via the Application Tracking System (ATS).
- Ad-hoc Projects & Initiatives:
- Handle ad-hoc recruitment projects, including organizing and executing campus recruitment drives, internal/external career events, and other employer branding initiatives as required.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor degree in Human resources, Psychology, or a similar relevant field.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Thai (spoken and written) is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar roles in the HR function.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proactive mindset and ability to manage stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with organizational & logical mindset.
- Experience incorporating AI tools in your daily executions (i.e. email proof reading, excel formula review, etc.) is strongly preferred.
