What you’ll Do:
Asset Lifecycle & Operations Management
- End-to-End Lifecycle: Manage the complete lifecycle of hardware assets from procurement and introduction to retirement and disposal, ensuring compliance with environmental and security standards.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Execute efficient check-out and check-in processes for employees, ensuring all movements are completed fully and within the defined timeframe of the change.
- Incident Management: Manage asset-related requests and alerts using Jira. Ensure tickets are updated, resolved, or escalated to relevant teams as necessary, strictly adhering to Company Processes, Policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Process Workflows: Develop and maintain clear workflows and diagrams for handling asset loss and asset damage procedures.
Data Integrity & System Synchronization
- System Accuracy: Maintain the IT Asset Management System (ITAM) as the "Single Source of Truth." Ensure high data consistency and completeness between UEM, LMWN Asset Management, and SAP systems.
- Inventory Control: Manage asset attributes and dependencies, ensuring that all modifications, withdrawals, and additions are accurately recorded to comply with vendor contracts.
- Audit & Verification: Perform regular physical and digital audits to verify actual inventory against system records, initiating corrective actions immediately upon detecting discrepancies.
Reporting, Analytics & Visibility
- Dashboarding: Design and maintain a real-time dashboard to monitor asset status, identify anomalies, and track asset-related issues.
- Automated Reporting: Minimize manual data entry by enabling direct export and analysis capabilities from the Asset Management System.
- Trend Analysis: Generate monthly reports on team productivity, compliance status, and asset utilization trends to support strategic technology spending decisions.
IT Procurement Management
- Procurement Execution: Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for IT assets, hardware, and software licenses for items.
- Cost Optimization: Conduct vendor comparisons and negotiate terms to achieve maximum value (Cost Optimization) while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Timely Delivery: Monitor and control delivery schedules to ensure goods and equipment arrive on time, preventing any disruption to business operations.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
- Process Optimization: Continuously review current processes to identify areas for automation and job optimization.
- Documentation: Create, update, and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operations monitoring documentation to ensure they are complete and audit-ready.
- Health & Safety: Maintain a strong culture of safety, ensuring asset handling practices comply with Health & Safety legislation and company policies. Highlight any unsafe practices to the Line Manager.
What you’ll Need:
- Experience: Proven experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Inventory Management, or a related IT support role.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP or similar Enterprise Asset Management tools.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Data Visualization: Ability to create and manage dashboards using Looker Studio or similar tools.
- Documentation: Strong skills in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for Audit compliance.
- OS Knowledge: Solid understanding of Mac OS and Windows environments..
- Language Skills: Good communication skills in both English and Thai are required to effectively support a diverse, multi-national workforce.
