IT Asset Management and Operations Specialist (1-Year Contract)

What You'll Do

• Achieve 100% Data Accuracy: Maintain the IT Asset Management (ITAM) system as the absolute source of truth, ensuring seamless synchronization between UEM, LMWN Asset Management, and SAP.
• Master the Asset Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware from procurement and deployment to secure retirement, ensuring 100% compliance with security and environmental standards.
• Optimize Operations & Workflows: Execute seamless onboarding/offboarding check-ins/outs and develop clear workflows for asset loss or damage, reducing manual errors and turnaround time.
• Drive Data-Driven Visibility: Design and maintain real-time dashboards (Looker Studio) to monitor asset health, identify anomalies, and track team productivity via Jira.
• Execute Strategic Procurement: Be responsible for the end-to-end purchasing process for IT assets (< 100,000 THB), focusing on cost optimization and vendor negotiation to maximize value.
• Collaborate for Compliance: Work closely with cross-functional teams to audit physical vs. digital inventory and ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are audit-ready.

What You'll Need 

• Proven ITAM Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management, Inventory Management, or a related IT Operations role.
• Technical Toolset (Asset Management): Experience in SAP or similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) tools to manage asset attributes and dependencies.
• Expert Data Manipulation: Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Query) for sanitizing large datasets and generating complex reports.
• Data Visualization: Ability to build and manage automated dashboards using Looker Studio or equivalent BI tools.
• Technical OS Knowledge: Solid understanding of both macOS and Windows environments for effective hardware management.
• Communication Skills: Professional in English and Thai is required to support our diverse, multi-national workforce.
• Operational Excellence: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to create and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compliance.
