What you’ll Do:
- Support the design and delivery of learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate and ensure the smooth delivery of the New Joiner Bootcamp and other onboarding learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team leaders to identify learning needs and support the development of training plans for their teams.
- Develop learning materials such as presentations, guides, and other training resources.
- Facilitate training sessions and learning activities when required.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Maintain records of training activities and learning outcomes.
- Analyze feedback and learning data to support continuous improvement of learning initiatives.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to training programs and development activities.
- Ensure learning documentation complies with relevant requirements, including submissions to the Department of Skill Development.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning and development and employee growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.
- Familiarity with learning management systems or e-learning tools is a plus.
- Interest in AI tools or emerging technologies for learning and productivity is a plus.
- Experience organizing or supporting learning sessions related to AI or digital tools is a plus.
