What You'll Do
- Achieve a seamless "Day One" experience by orchestrating the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, ensuring 100% of new joiners have immediate access to necessary tools and systems.
- Drive the implementation of a robust Asset Lifecycle Management system, maintaining 100% inventory accuracy from procurement and introduction to secure disposal.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and audit teams to ensure "Zero Audit Findings" through meticulous monthly User Access Reviews (UAR) and strict SLA adherence for access management.
- Be responsible for Process Innovation, identifying manual pain points and designing automated workflows (using No-code/Low-code or Scripting) to improve team productivity and service accuracy.
- Design and maintain Real-time Dashboards to provide data-driven insights into asset status, team performance, and operational trends for management review.
What You'll Need
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT System Administration, IT Operations, or a Senior Service Desk role within a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency in OS: Solid, hands-on understanding of managing both macOS and Windows environments at scale.
- Data & Reporting Mastery: Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for deep-dive data analysis and reporting.
- ITSM & Process Design: Proven experience using ITSM/Ticketing tools and the ability to visualize complex business logic into clear Process Flowcharts.
- Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Thai, essential for supporting our diverse, multi-national workforce.
- Service Excellence: A user-centric mindset with a proven track record of maintaining high user satisfaction scores.
