What you’ll Do:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, overseeing and executing strategies for all roles, from entry-level to senior positions.
- Mentor and guide junior Talent Acquisition team members on best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate management.
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads and executive stakeholders to forecast staffing needs, develop workforce planning, and align talent strategy with business objectives.
- Design and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and secure top-tier active and passive candidates in a competitive market.
- Oversee and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring a positive, professional, and consistent journey from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, interview procedures, and selection methodologies, including the adoption of new assessment tools and technologies.
- Manage and maintain data integrity within the Application Tracking System (ATS), analyze recruitment metrics, and generate comprehensive reports for key stakeholders, highlighting trends and providing actionable insights.
- Spearhead employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns, representing the company at high-profile industry events and building strategic talent pipelines and community relationships.
- Manage vendor relationships with external recruitment agencies and third-party platforms, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or similar roles, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity managing complex recruitment projects or teams. Experience handling executive hirings (Directors and above level) is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a must.
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various advanced interview techniques and evaluation methods, particularly for specialized and senior-level roles. Experience in hiring expats or relocating expats to Bangkok is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic recruitment plans and managing multiple stakeholder relationships at the senior and executive level.
- Fluency in both Thai and English language (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially when managing candidate documentation and coordinating high-volume recruitment schedules.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong, trusting relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and trends to drive decision-making and process improvements.
