What you’ll Do:
- Offline Media Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating campaigns across key OOH formats (billboards, transit, digital screens), POSM materials, and brand activations.
- Execution & Coordination: Work closely with media agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deployment and quality control of offline media.
- Tracking & Monitoring: Support in tracking campaign roll-outs, collecting proofs of performance (POP), and maintaining media placement logs.
- Activation Logistics: Support the setup of event-based campaigns or roadshows—helping with logistics, branding assets, and on-ground coordination.
- Cross-Functional Sync: Collaborate with creative, branding, and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
- Performance Recap: Assist in compiling campaign recaps, documenting coverage, and extracting learnings to improve future activations.
What you’ll Need:
- 1–2 years of experience in offline media, brand activation, or marketing (internships count!)
- Basic understanding of OOH, POSM, and event logistics
- Strong coordination, organizational, and project management skills
- Comfortable managing vendors and external stakeholders
- Passionate about seeing brand come to life in the physical world
