What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on social media content creation.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of social media content, including motion graphics, video, static design, and social content design to increase engagement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) and an understanding of their design requirements.
- Motion graphic design and video editing experience are highly preferred.
- Knowledge of user engagement strategies and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with data-driven design approaches for social media performance optimization.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, bringing new ideas to the table.
