What you’ll do:
- Online Performance Marketing Ownership:
- Strategize and execute online advertising campaigns for rider acquisition across all regions in Thailand.
- Manage ad objectives, customize target audiences, and oversee budget allocation to ensure efficient lead generation.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance against key metrics. Also, ensure a healthy return on ad spend and maximize acquisition efficiency.
- Provide regular, actionable reports and insights to senior management on online channel performance.
- Operations Transformation & Innovation:
- Proactively identify existing operational workflows that can be improved or automated.
- Lead the exploration and implementation of new innovations, such as using automated workflows (e.g., n8n) and exploring AI agent integration, to replace human work.
- Critically question every step in current workflows: "Can this be replaced by product development? Can this be automated?".
- Collaborate closely with Product Development teams to advocate for and implement systemic changes or new features that can automate parts of the rider journey.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3-5+ years of experience in online performance marketing, digital acquisition, or a related field, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Demonstrable experience in operational process improvement, workflow automation, or business transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
- Experience in ride-hailing, food delivery, or on-demand services is preferred.
- Proficient in data analysis, capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
- Open-minded, curious, and eager to experiment with new technologies and approaches.
