What you’ll do:
- Rider Service Quality & Policy Enforcement:
- Design, develop, and enforce comprehensive rider policies to control and continuously improve service quality.
- Oversee critical rider behaviors, acceptance rates, and cancellation policies to ensure optimal service delivery and rider professionalism.
- Analyze performance data to identify policy gaps and areas for intervention, driving measurable improvements in rider quality metrics.
- Rider Compliance & Standards:
- Design, regulate, and enforce policies related to rider uniform and gear compliance.
- Implement robust monitoring mechanisms to ensure adherence to compliance standards across the rider fleet.
- Operations Transformation & Automation Leadership:
- Lead the strategic initiative to identify, analyze, and transform manual routine operational work into automated workflows, leveraging advanced tools and AI agents.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, proactively challenging existing operational flows and seeking innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and other Operations teams to integrate new technologies and streamline processes that directly impact supply operations.
- Data Analysis & Strategic Insights:
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends, diagnose operational issues, and measure the impact of policy changes and automation initiatives.
- Translate complex data into actionable strategies and clear recommendations for senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3-5+ years of experience in operations management, quality control, policy design/enforcement, or process improvement, preferably within food delivery, ride-hailing, or a high-volume on-demand service industry.
- Proven track record in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to enhance operational performance and quality.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization software) to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated open-mindedness and a growth mindset, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.
- Experience with, or a strong passion for, automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier) and AI integration to streamline manual processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex policies and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across all levels.
