What you’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and own the long-term vision for the payment platform, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Understand the market landscape and customer needs to position products effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance) to ensure successful project launches and service penetration.
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for offline payment products (e.g., EDC devices, QR soundboxes) targeting merchants across industries.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, equipping them with tools, training, and motivation to exceed targets.
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to post-sale support, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Performance Management:
- Monitor and report on KPIs for both strategic and sales objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in strategies and execution.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years in banking, fintech, or payments, in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Sales Manager.
- Proven track record of leading strategies, managing teams, and achieving business objectives.
- Deep understanding of payment facilitator businesses, merchant acquiring, and offline payment systems (e.g., EDC, QR soundboxes).
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
