- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with LINE MAN Wongnai's restaurant partners, ensuring they receive tailored support and insights to enhance their business performance.
- Utilize data analytics to assess restaurant performance, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies that drive marketing efforts and promote effective decision-making.
- Analyze competitive promotions and market patterns to provide strategic recommendations to restaurant partners, fostering a proactive approach to their promotional activities.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across departments, including marketing, sales, product development, and after-sales service, ensuring that restaurant partners maximize their engagement with our platform.
- Encourage and guide restaurants to participate in promotional opportunities aimed at increasing their online visibility and advertising potential.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong background in Key Account Management, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, or experience in delivery platforms and E-commerce.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in an understandable manner.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset to address immediate challenges effectively.
