What You’ll Do:
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Merchant Product Managers. You will be responsible for hiring top talent and creating a culture where your team can grow and do their best work.
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap for our Food Merchant segment. You will own the "Why" and the "What" to ensure we stay ahead of market trends.
- End-to-End Delivery: Bring new products to life by analyzing requirements, calculating ROI, and establishing clear timelines for launch.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work as a bridge between Engineering, Marketing, Operations, UX, and Business teams. You’ll ensure everyone is aligned to launch, test, and iterate quickly.
- Data-Driven Ownership: Own the performance of the service. You will track, analyze, and report on key metrics, using these insights to drive continuous service improvements.
What You’ll Need:
- At least 3-5 years of product management experience, and 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience in product management, driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy and monetization
- Experience of managing project or exposure to the end-to-end project lifecycle
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Data-driven decision making and prioritization
- Self-motivated, proactive, flexible and willing to contribute to the commitment of team goal
- Excellent cross-functional project management, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and communication
- Proficient written and verbal communication skill, making less room for misinterpretations among team
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, excited about finding innovative solutions to complex problems, and driving projects from start-to-finish.

- A technical degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or analytical degree in economics, statistics or related fields
