What you’ll Do:
- Take defined operational plans and execute the granular, step-by-step tasks required to meet milestones.
- Maintain weekly "to-do" lists and project trackers to ensure that initiatives stay on schedule.
- Update Business Intelligence dashboards and track progress against quarterly OKRs.
- Support the PMO by coordinating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather updates and document progress.
- Identify and report immediate risks or blockers in daily workflows to ensure timely delivery of targets.
- Assist in data-driven deep dives to help answer specific business questions, such as identifying trends in merchant behavior.
What you’ll Need:
- 0-2 years of experience in Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a fast-paced Tech Startup environment.
- Exceptional Organization: Ability to manage multiple small tasks and maintain clear documentation.
- Analytical Foundations: Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Discipline & Reliability: A relentless focus on meeting deadlines and following through on assignments.
- Clear Communication: Ability to provide concise updates to teammates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SQL or basic data visualization tools is preferred.
- Experience in SaaS, Payments, or the F&B industry is preferred.
