What you’ll Do:
- Strategic Planning & Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and internal performance to formulate the long-term roadmap and quarterly OKRs for the MDS business. You identify the "Next Big Thing" for our merchant solutions.
- Translate Strategy into Action (Execution Excellence):
- This is your core differentiator. You take abstract strategic goals and break them down into granular, step-by-step operational plans. You define clear milestones, owners, and timelines to ensure the strategy doesn't just stay on a slide but happens on the ground.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration:
- Act as the PMO (Project Management Office) for critical strategic initiatives. You align Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams, ensuring everyone marches to the same beat. You remove blockers to "get things done" smoothly and efficiently.
- Performance Monitoring & Cadence:
- Establish the rhythm of the business. You track progress against plans rigorously, identifying risks early and course-correcting swiftly to ensure timely delivery of targets.
- Business Intelligence & Insight:
- Turn data into decisions. You lead deep-dive analyses to solve specific business problems (e.g., "Why is churn increasing in Segment A?") and propose data-backed solutions.
What you’ll Need:
- Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations (BizOps), or a fast-paced Tech Startup environment.
- Mastery of "Deconstruction": Proven ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into small, manageable tasks. You can turn a 1-year goal into a weekly to-do list.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, business casing, and data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets is a must; SQL is a plus).
- Project Management Prowess: You are organized, disciplined, and relentless about deadlines. You have a track record of leading cross-functional projects to successful completion.
- Communication & Influence: Ability to create compelling presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote) and influence stakeholders from operational teams to C-Level executives.
- Nice to Have
- Experience in the SaaS, Payments, Retail Tech, or F&B industry.
- Experience with OKR setting and management.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree.
