What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and execute ongoing supply chain initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.
- Analyze and update the daily stock report, distributing relevant information to departments for informed decision-making and effective stock management.
- Address transportation issues, product repairs, and returns reported through communication channels promptly, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Work closely with senior team members to plan and allocate resources across the supply chain, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure operational smoothness.
- Coordinate with project teams, fulfillment, suppliers, and logistics providers to proactively identify and address potential issues within the supply chain.
- Assist the supervisor with additional tasks and projects related to supply chain operations, contributing to the successful execution of ongoing initiatives.
- Support ad hoc assignments, ensuring all activities are completed within specified timelines.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or related fields, preferably in the retail industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of operations and supply chain management, logistics, warehouse, fulfillment, and e-commerce business.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience handling large data sets with supporting tools/languages.
- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
