What you'll do:
- Maintain Inventory Precision: Monitor multi-location SKU stock levels, enforce safety stock thresholds based on demand and lead times, and lead cycle counts to maintain 100% data accuracy between physical and system records.
- Manage End-to-End Replenishment: Issue data-backed replenishment requests to Procurement, track inbound POs to warehouse receipt, and coordinate vendor deliveries to eliminate stockout risks.
- Align Demand & Campaigns: Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Marketing to synchronize inventory planning with merchant onboarding pipelines, seasonal surges, and promotional campaigns.
- Optimize Asset Utilization & Recovery: Oversee returned and refurbished device workflows, maximizing the reallocation of recovered assets to reduce new procurement costs.
- Mitigate Stock Risks & Aging: Monitor aging, slow-moving, and non-performing inventory, proposing proactive reallocation, liquidations, or formal write-offs with Finance.
- Deliver Strategic Inventory Reporting: Prepare executive-level inventory health dashboards detailing stock levels, turnover, aging analysis, replenishment status, and potential shortfall risks.
- Drive Process Excellence & SOPs: Identify operational bottlenecks, refine replenishment workflows, and maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure scalable supply chain practices.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or 3PL coordination.
- Experience with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with ability to spot discrepancies and trends in data.
- Good collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales team
