What you’ll Do:
- Administrative Support for Ride Operations: Streamline support functions to ensure seamless daily operations for the ride-hailing and rental business, including driver acquisition, payment collection, and community admin, etc.
- Coordination Between Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between internal teams, platform drivers, car suppliers, and other external stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination for vehicle repossession, replacement, documentation, etc.
- Communication Management: Manage the communication channel between rental drivers and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Problem-Solving & Escalation: Be a point of escalation for operational issues, managing them to resolution with teams to ensure smooth operations.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree with experience working in an e-commerce, tech company, start up company.
- 2-4 years of experience in coordinator, administrator or related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and work under pressure in a tight schedule.
- Ability to perform multitasks and manage priorities.
- Being detail-oriented, disciplined, and punctual.
- Good communication in English.
