What you’ll Do:
- Streamlining administrative and support functions to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Coordinating between all stakeholders both internal and external to ensure the project will be achieved according to plan within expected timeline.
- Responsible for day-to-day activities and additional assigned tasks (ad-hoc) of support operations to ensure the communication is well organized and not misled.
- Be a point of escalation for the support team, manage escalated issues to resolution.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree with experience working in an e-commerce, tech company, start up company.
- 1-3 years of experience in coordinator, administrator or related field.
- Ability to use MS office and work under pressure in a tight schedule.
- Ability to perform multitasks and manage priorities.
- Being detail-oriented, disciplined, and punctual.
- Good communication in English.
