What you’ll Do:
- Develop and implement data analyses by applying both internal and external data related to Small-Medium sized Mart merchant and external-platform partner.
- Manage projects and test studies in order to find key insights to business problem statements on overall Small-Medium sized Mart merchant quality improvement and external-platform partner’s direction.
- Monitor performance, interpret key insights and visualize information into reports regarding the results of study or project that leads to better suggestion and successful decision-making.
- Coordinating with the marketing team related to test study results and business direction to communicate activity or mission to merchants.
- Coordinating with diverse teams to sync understanding and provide next action (if any) in order to move the project forward.
- Ad hoc research restaurants’ insights to support the team's assignment as assigned.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration or relevant field.
- At least 1-Year experience in Operation Management, Data Analysis or related fields.
- Well communication, coordination skills and good command of written and spokenEnglish.
- Growth Mindset in a high dynamic environment, with intense flexibility.
- Be able to work on a day-off, in case there was an emergency.
- Experience in e-Commerce or Online Platform is preferred.
