What you’ll Do:
- Data Analysis & Insight Development: Design, develop, and implement data analysis strategies by leveraging both internal and external datasets to uncover insights related to SME merchants and external platform partners.
- Project & Test Management: Lead and manage data-driven projects and test studies aimed at addressing business problem statements. Drive improvements in SME merchant quality and inform strategic directions for platform partnerships.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and evaluate the performance of initiatives. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and visualize findings through comprehensive reports to support data-informed decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to align test study outcomes with business objectives and effectively communicate relevant activities and missions to merchant audiences.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with diverse internal teams to ensure shared understanding of insights and define next steps to move projects forward efficiently.
- Ad Hoc Research & Support: Conduct targeted research on restaurant or merchant insights as needed to support team assignments and ongoing projects.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration or relevant field.
- At least 1-Year experience in Operation Management, Data Analysis or related fields.
- Well communication, coordination skills and good command of written and spokenEnglish.
- Growth Mindset in a high dynamic environment, with intense flexibility.
- Be able to work on a day-off, in case there was an emergency.
- Experience in e-Commerce or Online Platform is preferred.
