What you’ll do:
- Execute and manage end-to-end setup of in-app campaigns, content placements, user segments, and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring all launches are completed on time.
- Configure and launch experiments, feature rollouts, and campaign setups according to business requirements and predefined frameworks.
- Perform thorough QA and validation checks to ensure setup accuracy before launch.
- Coordinate closely with the relevant owner to clarify requirements and ensure campaigns and experiments are launched accurately and effectively.
- Monitor campaign launches, troubleshoot setup-related issues when necessary, and maintain documentation, setup guidelines, and operational playbooks to support consistency and scalability.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field or equivalent experience in campaign setup, CRM setup, marketing operations, ad operations, product operations, or related execution roles.
- 1–4 years of experience in campaign operations, CRM operations, marketing operations, ad operations, product operations, or related roles.
- Strong attention to detail, with a careful and accurate approach to ensure setups are correct before launch.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner with strong ownership and problem-solving skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation concepts is a plus, along with interest in using AI tools (e.g. Gemini, ChatGPT, automation tools) to improve productivity and streamline workflows; basic analytical skills and ability to work with data are preferred.
It’d be Great if you have: (If any)
- Hands-on experience setting up Braze campaigns and customer journey management will be considered a plus.
- Experience setting up Google Ad Manager or working in digital advertising operations will be considered a plus.
- Experience working in mobile apps, e-commerce, marketplaces, or consumer technology companies.
- Familiarity with QA processes and campaign troubleshooting.
- Basic SQL, spreadsheet, or analytics dashboard experience is a plus.
