What you’ll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for influencer marketing campaigns, supporting the needs of the Influencer Marketing and Social Media teams.
- Monitor the company’s and competitors' social share of voice (SOV), creating marketing strategies to maintain positive sentiment and drive SOV growth through key opinion leader (KOL) initiatives.
- Identify, recruit, and collaborate with KOLs to support influencer campaigns and expand brand reach.
- Stay updated on trends to create innovative and creative influencer marketing strategies.
- Monitor influencer performance, collaborating closely to optimize KPIs.
- Track influencer payments and manage all related documentation.
- Evaluate and report on the performance of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the smooth execution of campaigns by overseeing planning, execution, KOL relationship management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., social media, marketing, design, production, business development) in a fast-paced environment to deliver campaign tasks efficiently.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Social Media.
- Strong understanding of social media performance metrics with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, open-minded, eager to learn, proactive, responsible, and diligent.
- Established network with influencers, KOLs, talent groups, or clubs is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, and Google Drive.
- Data-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
