What You’ll Do
- Define the brand direction in alignment with overall company goals.
- Develop and execute effective communication strategies for the rider fleet.
- Create innovative methods to maximize the reach and efficiency of company communications to active riders.
- Clearly communicate product updates, news, and company announcements to drivers in the system.
- Create compelling creative assets for paid media to optimize advertising performance.
- Manage and drive traffic growth across owned media and social media channels.
- Monitor social voices and utilize social listening insights to plan and adapt marketing activities.
- Implement AI tools and technologies to optimize daily operations and enhance team efficiency.
- Utilize data insights and analytics to develop and refine strategic marketing plans.
- Initiate and manage projects aimed at improving communication workflows and maximizing the team's overall performance.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Branding, AI Marketing, Project Management, or related professional roles.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT, Gemini) and a deep understanding of AI automation within marketing and content workflows.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms, including Social Listening Tools, to monitor and track performance metrics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with full professional fluency in both Thai and English.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills for data analysis; specific experience with Query or Apps Script is highly preferred.
- Industry experience working in a company with its own delivery fleet is highly preferred.
