- Media Optimization & Buying: Hands-on management of app campaigns. Closely monitor performance, initiate optimization strategies, and adjust tactics in real-time.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the Performance Marketing Person In Charge (PIC), collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams (e.g., Campaign, Coupon, and broader Marketing teams) to align media strategies with overall business objectives.
- Experimentation & Growth: Design and implement media experiments to drive incremental business impact, prioritizing strategies that yield the highest return for the effort invested.
- Deep-Dive Analysis: Analyze business trends and complex data sets. Develop insightful performance reports, draw sound conclusions, and provide recommendations for tracking tools and performance improvements.
What You’ll Need:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Media Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in both media planning and optimization. Experience with Ad Managers (Facebook, Google, TikTok) -- Ad Networks, and Programmatic advertising is a plus.
