What you’ll Do:
- Own and manage the KOL ecosystem across food creators, lifestyle influencers, and performance-driven creators
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and creator partners
- Plan and execute KOL activations that deliver measurable outcomes
- Design incentive and compensation structures aligned with performance and campaign objectives
- Collaborate with Social, Brand, Partnership, Merchant, and Performance teams to activate KOL campaigns at scale
- Track, analyze, and optimize KOL performance using data and insights
- Identify new creator formats and opportunities (content, offline activations, hybrid campaigns)
- Ensure smooth execution including briefing, content alignment, tracking, and post-campaign reporting
- Continuously test and refine KOL strategies to improve efficiency and impact
What you’ll Need:
- 1-2 years of experience in KOL, influencer marketing, creator management, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of the Thai creator ecosystem and social platforms
- Experience managing KOLs with performance or conversion-driven objectives
- Data-literate with the ability to evaluate content effectiveness beyond vanity metrics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Passion for food, creators, and digital platforms is a strong plus
