What You’ll Do:
- Managing end-to-end loyalty program and segmentation projects, from planning to execution.
- Developing and implementing marketing initiatives to build the new S-curve for our loyalty program.
- Translating strategy into a clear roadmap for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborating with product managers to influence product improvement and facilitate feature rollouts.
- Working together with the campaign marketing, partnership, and business development teams to leverage the user loyalty initiatives.
- Working closely with data science to ensure maximum customer lifetime value (CLV) and optimal incremental GMV from the utilized budget.
- Monitoring project performance and translating key insights into actionable recommendations.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in related role
- Confident in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel or Google Sheet (essential)
- Strong analytical skills and isn’t afraid of deep-dive analysis
- A start-up mindset, willing to work hard and do whatever it takes to get things done, sometimes under pressure but usually in a dynamic environment!
- Willing to learn about new concepts and methodologies
- Working knowledge of SQL (preferred but not required)
- CRM experience (preferable but not required)
