What you’ll Do:
- Coordinate and manage KOL seeding campaigns (Nano - Macro), including identifying potential KOLs, initiating contact, managing ongoing relationships, and handling operational aspects such as briefing KOLs, overseeing content creation, and ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing goals.
- Create engaging and high-quality social media & influencer content that resonates with target audiences.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media & influencer marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) aligned with LINE MAN marketing objectives.
- Work closely with all marketing and business leaders to understand the business's direction, and interpret it into social media marketing strategies, plans, and actions.
- Managing projects with detailed schedules and timelines for projects coming into the designing team, and updating timely with the marketing team, or the project owners.
- Analyzing and reporting the performance of social media & KOL initiatives, with key insights to make frequent improvement suggestions.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencers, trends, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute creative and engaging social media content.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with social media platforms & influencer marketing tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
