What you’ll Do:
- Assist in planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and order conversion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CRM, Performance Media, Designer, and BD) to ensure campaign alignment and timely delivery.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as GMV uplift, CVR, CTR, and CIR to identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage coupon setup and testing on platform backend, ensuring accuracy and cost-efficiency.
- Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
- Support execution of partnership and co-subsidy campaigns with key merchants.
- Conduct competitor monitoring to benchmark performance, campaign strategy, and user communications.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to brief creative assets that fit campaign objectives and user segments.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or e-commerce (experience in FMCG / delivery / quick commerce is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with Google Sheets, performance dashboards, and data visualization tools.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPC, CPA, iGMV per THB, etc.).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
