What you'll Do:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to maximize LINE Pay adoption within the LINE ecosystem and across external platforms
- Analyze user data to segment users and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly
- Design impactful promotional schemes and non-promotion initiatives to drive demand growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and BI teams to implement growth projects
- Monitor market trends and proactively initiate plans to respond effectively
- Conduct experiments and A/B testing to explore new growth opportunities
- Create performance tracking reports and provide actionable recommendations
What you'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related role
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with data analysis; working knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Proven track record in driving user growth in fintech, e-commerce, or app-based services
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
- Startup mindset; able to work in a dynamic environment and handle pressure
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
