We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Fleet Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our fleet operations, ensuring effective communication within the team, and supporting sales campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our fleet's efficiency and driving business growth.

What you’ll do:

Fleet Operations:

• Set up and manage communication tools and platforms to facilitate efficient coordination among fleet operators, dispatchers, and support teams.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication channels.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in fleet operations and communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.

Driver Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.
• Conduct surveys and interviews to gather insights into driver needs and satisfaction.
• Identify and address driver concerns to improve morale and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with fleet performance, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to optimize fleet operations.

Campaign Support:

• Support sales campaigns by providing operational insights and data.
