What You’ll Do:
Business Support and Implementation
- Monitor Performance: Track and report on delivery fee performance, market conditions, and key business metrics to support growth and profitability goals.
- Support Execution: Assist in the end-to-end implementation of new pricing policies and campaigns alongside cross-functional teams.
- Impact Tracking: Measure the impact and cost-efficiency of recent pricing adjustments and summarize findings for stakeholders.
Data Analytics
- Data Extraction & Reporting: Pull and analyze delivery fee data, build dashboards, and assist in market research to uncover actionable pricing insights.
- Demand-Supply Analysis: Support the team in monitoring real-time demand and supply situations, helping to identify areas where pricing adjustments are needed.
- Experimentation: Help execute and track A/B tests and analytical experiments to measure the impact of pricing changes before full rollouts.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience: 1–2 years of working experience in Data Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. (Highly motivated fresh graduates with strong analytical backgrounds are also welcome to apply).
- Business Acumen: A basic understanding of marketplace dynamics, pricing concepts, and unit economics.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Basic experience with Python or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a strong plus.
- Analytical Mindset: A good foundation in data and statistics, with the ability to translate raw numbers into clear, readable insights.
- Adaptability: Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing tech environment.
- Language: Fluent in Thai, with a good command of written and spoken English.
