What you’ll Do:
- Own and drive LINE MAN’s overall social media strategy, creative direction, and content quality across platforms.
- Actively create and execute social content hands-on, stepping in when needed to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality output
- Lead the social media team end-to-end, from ideation, execution, to optimization, and ensure smooth delivery and strong performance.
- Ensure all social content is on-brand, engaging, and aligned with business and communication objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
- Analyze and monitor social media performance, audience behavior, and social trends to continuously improve content and impact
- Mentor and guide the social media team to deliver high-quality work with ownership and consistency.
What you’ll Need:
- A Minimum 4-6 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and brand management; expeience in e-commerce, consumer brands, or digital agencies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop engaging, on-brand social content.
- Ability to analyze social media performance and apply insights to improve content and results
- Good project management and communication skills, able to work collaboratively and independently.
- Familiarity with social media and analytics tools; knowledge of digital advertising.
