What You’ll Do:
- Own the creation of executive-ready slide decks that convey key insights, initiative updates, and strategic proposals across teams and partners
- Prepare monthly reports and ad-hoc performance analyses to highlight business outcomes, growth opportunities, and strategic improvement areas
- Lead the end-to-end planning of new initiatives – from feasibility studies, go-to-market strategies, to operational process design and implementation
- Act as a key point of contact for external partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams
- Prepare required reports and updates for related departments, supporting accounting and financial data compliance
- Incubate newly launched initiatives, define operational success metrics, and drive continuous improvement cycles
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in consulting, corporate strategy, or business planning roles
- Experience in payments, fintech, or tech startups is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong data interpretation and storytelling capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across multiple stakeholders and levels
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy
- Proactive mindset with the ability to translate strategic thinking into practical execution
