We are looking for an Assistant Business Development Manager to join our Food Master team. Your key responsibility will be to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our chain restaurant partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing joint business strategies, driving sales and GMV, and ensuring our partners' operational excellence. This role is perfect for an individual with strong analytical and negotiation skills, combined with a great passion for the food industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and deliver on sales, GMV, and profitability targets for assigned chain restaurant partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner headquarters and franchise owners.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, campaign calendars, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct regular business performance reviews and share actionable insights with partners.
  • Ensure operational excellence across key metrics (e.g., preparation time, cancellations, ratings, availability).
  • Secure premium in-app visibility (e.g., banners, push notifications, homepage placements).
  • Champion tool and feature adoption (e.g., promotion setup tools, coupon creation, self-service campaign portals) to increase partner efficiency and enable self-activation.
  • Use data and dashboards to identify growth opportunities and optimize menus, pricing, and promotions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, incentive management, and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across operations, marketing, finance, and product.
  • Drive innovation by testing new initiatives (e.g., bundles, exclusive menus, new store formats).

What you’ll need:

  • 4-5 years of experience in key account management, category management, or sales, preferably in F&B, e-commerce, or FMCG.
  • Proven success in managing enterprise or chain accounts with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable using Excel, BI dashboards (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau), or SQL for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, including campaign management systems, CRM platforms, and POS integrations.
  • Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about the food industry, partner success, and the consumer experience.
  • Based in central Bangkok (Sukhumvit, Sathorn, Phayathai, Asoke) is preferred for proximity to partners.
