What you’ll Do:
Supply Planning & Replenishment Management:
- Lead and manage supply planning and replenishment processes to ensure optimal stock availability aligned with business demand.
- Monitor inventory levels, aging stock, and replenishment cycles to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and BD teams to align supply plans with projected demand and campaign activities.
Claim & Repair Operations:
- Oversee claim, repair, and refurbishment processes to ensure timely turnaround and cost control.
- Monitor repair lead time, vendor performance, and claim accuracy to reduce repeat issues and operational losses.
- Ensure proper tracking of assets, including serial numbers, warranty status, and asset conditions.
- Drive initiatives to improve repair efficiency and reduce defect recurrence.
Inventory & Asset Control:
- Ensure accurate stock reconciliation between system records and physical inventory.
- Supervise inbound and outbound stock movements and enforce internal control compliance.
- Support asset utilization improvement through refurbishment, reallocation, and recovery initiatives.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve SOPs related to supply chain operations, replenishment, and repair workflows.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with the Transformation team and system teams to enhance tools and reduce manual work through automation and process improvement.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead and coach team members to ensure operational goals and SLAs are achieved.
- Allocate workload effectively and foster accountability within the team.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Project, Finance, Warehouse, Vendor, After Sales Service) to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Escalate operational risks with clear root cause analysis and recommended solutions.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics, or repair/claim operations.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of supply planning, replenishment, inventory control, and asset lifecycle management.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP/SAP, or operational systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive operational decisions.
- Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset, structured thinking, and ability to manage operational pressure effectively.
