What you’ll Do:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, define analytical scope, and deliver appropriate data outputs.
- Perform Business Intelligence analysis, including metric definition, SQL development, data preparation, dashboard design, and delivery of key findings.
- Produce and maintain analytical outputs such as queries, datasets, dashboards, and reports for business use.
- Define and ensure accuracy and consistency of business metrics and logic across different requests.
- Analyze data at a basic to intermediate level to explain performance, trends, and data movements.
- Support business decision-making by providing clear data findings and relevant context.
- Manage and prioritize multiple ad-hoc BI requests with varying levels of complexity.
- Identify opportunities to improve BI efficiency by reducing repetitive work and increasing reuse of logic.
- Apply automation, tooling, or AI-assisted workflows to improve speed and scalability of BI delivery.
- Create and maintain documentation to support standardized and consistent data usage.
What you’ll Need:
- At least 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related data role.
- Experience gathering requirements and delivering analytical outputs for business stakeholders.
- Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of analytical data structures.
- Ability to perform basic to intermediate data analysis and clearly explain results.
- Comfortable handling ad-hoc requests and managing multiple tasks in parallel.
- Strong attention to data accuracy, consistency, and logic correctness.
- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
