What you'll Do:
- Boost product and service performance leveraging exploratory and advanced data analysis.
- Work with product teams and data engineers to plan and design data collection strategies, procedures, and policies to ensure data accuracy and scalability.
- Define and measure product related metrics (activation, retention, conversion) with product and engineering teams to support data-driven decisions.
- Design and analyze A/B tests, build measurement frameworks, and evaluate the impact of new features or initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize product development and business opportunities.
- Visualize and simplify data through dashboards and reports to identify opportunities and improve processes and strategies.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to guide product strategy, optimize user experience, and support business growth.
- Effectively manage projects with multiple stakeholders by controlling scope, timeline, and cost (if any), while demonstrating strong decision-making under pressure to ensure successful delivery.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline).
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and storytelling skills.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Understanding of A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
