What you’ll do:
- Strategic Planning & OKR Formulation: Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and internal business performance to shape our long-term roadmap. You will help define quarterly OKRs and identify the "Next Big Thing" for our merchant solutions based on commercial data.
- Operational Optimization & Scaling: Translate business insights into real-world operational changes. You will look at our current merchant journeys and operational workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and design scalable processes that improve the merchant experience and lower operational costs.
- Commercial Performance & Business Analysis: Own the commercial health of the MDS business. You will analyze business trends, deep-dive into revenue drivers, and track core merchant funnels to ensure the portfolio is hitting its growth and financial targets.
- Performance Monitoring & Cadence: Establish the rhythm of the business. You track progress against plans rigorously, identifying risks early and course-correcting swiftly to ensure timely delivery of targets.
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations (BizOps), or a fast-paced Tech Startup environment.
- Mastery of "Deconstruction": Proven ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into small, manageable tasks. You can turn a 1-year goal into a weekly to-do list.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, business casing, and data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets is a must; SQL is a plus).
- Project Management Prowess: You are organized, disciplined, and relentless about deadlines. You have a track record of leading cross-functional projects to successful completion.
- Communication & Influence: Ability to create compelling presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote) and influence stakeholders from operational teams to C-Level executives.
