- Commercial Planning and Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies, sales incentives and commission structures to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Oversee sales performance, and provide strategic insights to enhance ROI.
- Control and optimize commercial resources to ensure target achievement, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales leaderships and related stakeholders to develop and execute high-impact sales strategies.
- Business and Sales Analytics:
- Develop high-level business and sales performance reports and present to the management (C-level) and team, offering key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), continuously monitoring sales performance against targets. For example, New acquired license, New paying merchants, Acquisition revenue, and Return on commission/commercial resources, etc.
- Conduct detailed analysis of sales performance, including sales commission scheme performance, sales resources performance, related resources e.g. lead performance, and area opportunity penetration to identify growth opportunities.
- Data Integrity Initiatives and Excellence:
- Drive data integrity initiatives, ensuring high-quality data for analysis and reporting.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of business and sales data to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for commercial planning, business analysis, and sales activities.
