What you’ll do :
- Campaign and Project Coordination: Lead media and campaign execution to deliver promised timeline and performance.
- Brand Management : Serve as a primary key contact for restaurant partnerships, providing day-to-day operational support and proactive problem-solving to maintain strong, effective relationships.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Develop Market and Competitor Analysis to catch up with business trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Restaurant onboarding: Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support new restaurant openings, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational readiness.
- Sale Operation: Manage quotations for partner investments, overseeing the billing process and ensuring accurate financial documentation to support strategic decision-making and proposal development.
- Menu and Promotion Management: Oversee the setup and updates of menus, pricing, images, and promotions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across all platforms, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce menu errors.
- General Administrative & Operational Support: Assist with any additional tasks required to facilitate smooth operations across all business development activities.
What you’ll need :
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in business development, operation, or sales coordination covering both performance and brand advertisement or sales & marketing fields
- Experience in campaign planning from a marketing/media advertising agency is a plus.
- Strong analytic, communication & presentation and negotiation skills.
- Methodical, well-organised, detail-orientated, and result-orientated
- “CAN-DO” attitude, good manners, strong passion, strong ownership, commitment, accountability, responsibility, and being a team player
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Google Sheets & Slides
- Able to work under pressure with a tight timeline and limited resources
- Fluent in the Thai language, proficient in English
