What you’ll Do:
- Develop growth strategy for Dine-In business and execute effective go-to-market strategies
- Take full responsibility of business growth by developing, implementing, and monitoring day-to-day operations to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
- Drive strategic growth by identifying and securing high-potential restaurant partnerships in collaboration with Business Development and Key Account Management teams.
- Develop and nurture long-term partner relationships to ensure portfolio health, partner success, and sustainable business growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute growth initiatives that drive customer acquisition, enhance product adoption, and generate incremental value for our restaurant partners.
- Own key business results (operational & financial), provide regular reports on KPI, business performance, partner feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay competitive
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in Strategy or Management Consultant roles
- Hands-on experience in project management or project executions
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships preferably within the restaurants, food service industry or online businesses.
- Strong business acumen, highly analytical, self-driven with intellectual curiosity
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to drive result under pressure and ambiguity with minimal supervision
- Entrepreneurial and open mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
