What you’ll do :
- Campaign and Project Coordination: Lead media and campaign execution to deliver promised timeline and performance.
- Brand Management : Serve as a primary key contact for restaurant partnerships, providing day-to-day operational support and proactive problem-solving to maintain strong, effective relationships.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Develop Market and Competitor Analysis to catch up with business trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Restaurant onboarding: Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support new restaurant openings, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational readiness.
- Sale Operation: Manage quotations for partner investments, overseeing the billing process and ensuring accurate financial documentation to support strategic decision-making and proposal development.
- Menu and Promotion Management: Oversee the setup and updates of menus, pricing, images, and promotions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across all platforms, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce menu errors.
- General Administrative & Operational Support: Assist with any additional tasks required to facilitate smooth operations across all business development activities.
