What you’ll Do:
- Salesforce Configuration:
- Configure standard Salesforce features such as objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and profiles.
- Set up and manage workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and process builders to automate business processes.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards tailored to various team needs.
- Customization:
- Design and implement Salesforce Lightning page layouts to enhance user experience.
- Configure permissions, sharing rules, and role hierarchies to ensure data security and compliance.
- Manage and deploy changes using Salesforce change sets and sandboxes.
- Data Management:
- Import, export, and update data using Salesforce tools (e.g., Data Import Wizard, Data Loader).
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and eliminate duplicates.
- Define and manage data validation rules to maintain data integrity.
- User Support & Training:
- Assist users with issues related to configurations and provide solutions to improve usability.
- Create training materials and conduct sessions to ensure user adoption of new features and configurations.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and the development team for advanced configurations.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in Salesforce configuration and administration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Familiarity with tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Validation Rules.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader and other data management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
- Experience with other Salesforce products, such as Service Cloud and Case management module.
- Experience with Customer support or Customer experience department.
