What you’ll Do:
- Drive the growth of our merchant digital solutions, including POS, mobile ordering, integrated payment systems, and CRM tools.
- Formulate and implement strategic business plans that outline objectives, target markets, key initiatives, and action steps.
- Achieve financial KPIs such as sales, revenue, and profit, while also focusing on non-financial metrics like user acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Foster business sustainability through innovation, ensuring our products align with market needs and exploring new service development.
- Conduct thorough market, consumer, and competitor analyses to identify emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with partners and find new potential partners to enhance LINE MAN Wongnai.
What you’ll Need:
- At least 7 years job experiences in business development or marketing fields
- Have an MBA degree in any related discipline preferred
- Have experience in restaurant or food-related business preferred
- Strong business senses and negotiation skills
- Understand P&L and financial report
- Able to build trust as well as maintain good relationship with partners
- Have good manner, strong ownership, commitment, accountability and responsibility
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proactive, Self-starter and self-learner
- Result-oriented with CAN DO attitude and growth mindset
