What you’ll do:
- Define product strategy and roadmap by deeply understanding user needs, market dynamics, competition, and business goals
- Drive product development end-to-end: analyze requirements, assess ROI, and set clear priorities and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing, data, business) to deliver and continuously improve products
- Take ownership of product outcomes: track, analyze, and report key metrics, using insights to refine and scale impact
- Build domain expertise and lead initiatives within your product area (e.g., Consumer App, Merchant Experience, Rider Tools, Internal Tools, or POS)
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with a minimum GPAX of 3.0 (or equivalent)
- Preferred 3–5 years of experience. However, candidates with 1–2 years of experience or fresh graduates with strong academic performance and relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills, product sensibility, and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated, adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
