What you’ll Do:
- Guest Relations: Provide warm, professional greetings to all visitors and ensure a courteous, welcoming atmosphere.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area. Oversee office supplies, coordinate with building staff to resolve facility-related issues, and act as a central point of contact for communication and support. Manage the snack and beverage budget while organizing activities that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage staff calendars (if applicable), schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting room availability.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and document management.
- Additional Responsibilities: Take on other tasks as assigned, showing adaptability and a proactive approach to learning.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Arts, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and sound logical thinking.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff and visitors.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance, with the ability to represent the office in a positive manner.
- Strong command of English communication skills, both spoken and written, at a level suitable for effective workplace interactions.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is required.
- A willingness to learn new software and procedures quickly.
