What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute an employer branding strategy: This includes managing the company's online reputation and presence as an employer.
- Plan and execute employer branding campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Produce engaging content to showcase our culture, teams, and employee experiences (e.g. video series, IG reels, blog posts, career stories, etc.)
- Own the content calendar and publishing schedule for employer brand channels.
- You’ll work closely with designers and videographers, with your main role being a content creator who brings ideas to life.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Corporate Communications to ensure consistent messaging around our culture and values both internally and externally.
- Support other cross-functional initiatives that strengthen our employer brand across the company.
- Build relationships with employees by creating opportunities for feedback and sourcing real employee stories to share externally.
- Monitor and report on content performance, engagement data, and key metrics to continuously refine strategy.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices through research and benchmarking, and apply relevant insights to enhance employer branding strategy.
What You’ll Need:
- At least 1 year of experience in employer branding, social media marketing, digital content, creative, or a related field
- Hands-on experience managing content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Experience with paid media or boosting campaigns on social platforms is a strong plus.
- Ability to write compelling copy and provide clear visual briefs to creative teams.
- Good understanding of employer branding strategy and current social media trends.
- Experience using social publishing and analytic management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other related tools.
- Well-versed in platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor, with working knowledge of managing company channels across Facebook, IG, and TikTok.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Thai and English, as the role involves communicating with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
