What you’ll do:
- Own the Sales Engine (CRM & Systems): Make Salesforce the single source of truth. Own pipeline hygiene, funnel-stage definitions, lead routing, and the SDR→AE handoff — so every opportunity is clean, current, and correctly staged from first touch to close.
- Turn Data into Decisions (Performance & Analytics): Build and own the sales dashboards and reporting cadence. Track conversion (CVR), productivity per head, forecast accuracy, and funnel health. Run deep-dives to answer real business questions and build the data-backed recommendation — partnering with the Sales Ops Lead to bring it to leadership..
- Design the Way of Work (Process & Productivity): Define, document, and enforce the standard sales process and SOPs. Hunt down friction in the selling motion, then remove it — through better workflows, tooling, and the adoption of AI and automation that give reps more time to sell.
- Set the Rhythm of the Business (Cadence & Enablement Ops): Own the operational rhythm: pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and the prep that makes them sharp. Coordinate with L&D to land enablement rollouts and with Sales Managers to keep the team on target.
- Connect the Dots (Cross-Functional Work): Act as the operational backbone for strategic sales initiatives — new pilots, GTM launches, and system changes — aligning Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance so nothing stalls between silos. Also partner with Commercial Planning to operate commission mechanics, quota and territory allocation.
What you’ll need:
- 4–7 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations (BizOps), or Management Consulting, ideally in a fast-paced tech / SaaS environment. Background in SaaS, Payments, Retail Tech, or the F&B industry is a plus.
- Systems & Sales Ops Mastery: Hands-on ownership of a CRM (Salesforce is a plus) as the ultimate source of truth, with experience operationalizing modern SDR/AE sales funnels and deploying AI tools into live workflows.
- Advanced Analytics & Data Literacy: Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) with a proven ability to model large datasets and translate complex numbers into actionable stories.
- Process Design & Strategic Planning: Organized, detail-oriented project manager capable of driving cross-functional initiatives to completion, coupled with specialized experience in quota/territory planning and commission/incentive design.
- Stakeholder Influence & Communication: Adept at building impactful reports and decks to align stakeholders from front-line reps to senior leadership; fluent in both Thai and English.
- Relevant Industry Context: Background in SaaS, Payments, Retail Tech, or the F&B industry is strongly preferred.
