- Receive and review campaign briefs from the Sales and Media Planning teams to ensure all necessary assets and details are provided.
- Slot Confirmation: Verify "Impression Availability" within the system to confirm if the requested slots are available and ensure no scheduling conflicts with other brands.
- System Implementation: Execute end-to-end campaign setup specifically in Google Ad Manager (GAM) and other internal tools with 100% accuracy. Ensuring creative assets, targeting, and budgets align strictly with client briefs.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous QA checks on creative assets, targeting parameters, and budgets before launch to ensure compliance with platform policies.
- First-Line Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues; if an ad fails to run, investigate the root cause via data and system settings.
- Product Collaboration: Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to deliver product insights, report bugs, or system glitches with clear, documented evidence such as screenshots and steps to reproduce.
