What you’ll Do:
Fleet Operations:
- Set up and manage communication tools and platforms to facilitate efficient coordination among fleet operators, dispatchers, and support teams.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication channels.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in fleet operations and communication.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
Driver Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.
- Conduct surveys and interviews to gather insights into driver needs and satisfaction.
- Identify and address driver concerns to improve morale and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with fleet performance, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to optimize fleet operations.
Campaign Support:
- Support sales campaigns by providing operational insights and data.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills.
It’d be Great if you have:
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (AI) or experience in Graphic Design (to assist in creating visual reports, presentations, or internal communication materials).
- Ability to translate complex data into easy-to-understand visual content.
