What You'll Do:
- Lead Operations: Organize, validate, and distribute leads to the appropriate sales teams (Food/Beauty). You will ensure fair allocation and track lead status to optimize conversion rates.
- Performance Tracking, Commission & Fraud: Maintain sales dashboards and track team KPIs. You may be responsible for calculating monthly commissions accurately or running routine checks to detect irregularities and ensure compliance with sales policies.
- Sales Tools, Process & Rules: Oversee the usage of sales tools (CRM/Internal Systems) to ensure data hygiene. You will help enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and "Rules of Engagement" to keep the sales process structured.
- Sales Readiness & Enablement: Support the logistics of selling. This includes preparing demo accounts, managing demo hardware (POS/Payment devices), and handling sales allowances. Your goal is to ensure the sales team has everything they need to be field-ready.
What You'll Need:
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Admin, Data Analysis, or a related coordination role.
- Data Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas). You are comfortable handling data with accuracy.
- Adaptability: Ability to focus on assigned tasks within a broad scope. You are flexible and ready to rotate or take on specific operational functions as required by the team.
- Detail-Obsessed: Whether it's checking a commission number or preparing a demo kit, you are meticulous and thorough.
- Service Mindset: You understand that your "customers" are the sales team. You are responsive and helpful in resolving their operational issues.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience in the Tech, POS, or E-commerce industry.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools.
