As a Senior Partnership Marketing Executive, you will help shape how LINE MAN shows up in the market through high-impact brand partnerships. You will drive co-marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results, from brand awareness to platform and restaurant growth, working with some of the most relevant brands across industries.
Working closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Business Development, PR, Product, Strategy, and external partners from various industries, you will ensure each campaign is strategically sound, operationally strong, and built to perform at scale.
- Own and execute end-to-end 360° co-marketing campaigns that deliver win-win outcomes for LINE MAN and partner brands, while supporting team project priorities and execution standards across the team.
- Work closely with and report to the Partnership Marketing Manager and Director of Brand & Marketing Communications, providing clear updates, insights, and recommendations to inform decisions.
- Support day-to-day team operations by coordinating workloads, keeping campaigns moving on time, resolving execution issues, and consolidating performance updates for regular cadence meetings.
- Develop partnership strategies to achieve branding and commercial impact, including top-of-mind awareness, platform and restaurant growth, and targeted brand visibility for LINE MAN’s products and services.
- Track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance against defined KPIs throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Oversee partnership tracking tools and processes to manage pipelines, support campaign execution and measurement, and generate insights-driven reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to launch new initiatives and scale ongoing partnership programs.
- Analyze data from multiple media sources (e.g., social platforms, websites, and mobile applications) to identify opportunities and continuously improve branding and partnership effectiveness.
